I'm picking up where my introductory Avaya Breeze video series left off and continuing on with some more advanced topics. Here in Part One, I present a method to catch and process runtime errors that might occur in a Breeze Snap-In. Specifically, I introduce you to the Error Boundary Task and demonstrate its use within a running workflow. Stay tuned for some additional advanced demos in the coming weeks.
You'll probably be hearing about it over the next month or so, but if you're curious about Avaya Breeze and thinking about implementing it, already have it and are unsure of its full capabilities, or if you really just love attending webinars that I put together, you should really consider joining me for Arrow SI's Instant Insight webinar presentation on October 20th at 10am CDT. This is not a run of the mill webinar where I am going to talk at you for an hour - this is a demo of Avaya Breeze and what I've learned of its capabilities. I'm actually doing similar demonstrations of Avaya Breeze on location for some of our clients and partners, so this is a cool opportunity for you to see this amazing communications platform in action. Really, register today, you won't regret it!
Just to hammer it home, register for October's Avaya Breeze webinar!
A little background for you on how this webinar and advanced series came to fruition: when I was first introduced to Avaya Breeze, I began exploring its capabilities and putting together some basic demos of what I was discovering. In it, I covered some of the more basic posibilities of Avaya Breeze, the Engagement Designer, and the Admin Console that are used to create, deploy, and run a Snap-in with Breeze. The engagement I had after creating that introductory series led me to this Advanced Avaya Breeze series. If you think these advanced topics might be a little too deep of a dive for you, or you're interested in getting back to the basics of this tool, I highly suggest you explore some of my Introduction to Avaya Breeze videos.
See you next week for part two of this advanced Avaya Breeze series and see you on October 20th for my Avaya Breeze webinar!
