A Message from Arrow SI Leadership:
In Response to Avaya's Chapter 11 Filing

To our customers who have Avaya products and services:

Avaya filed for voluntary Chapter 11 protection as of January 19th. Companies in Chapter 11 are empowered to operate normally and Avaya’s stated expectation is that all their support centers and daily business operations will remain unchanged. Avaya’s goal behind the filing is to seek the restructuring needed to achieve a sustainable capital structure that best supports go-forward operations with a plan to emerge stronger and more competitive than ever. Avaya’s press release, legal filings and claims information is available on their website at Avaya.com.
