Arrow S3 Introduces Tools for Network, Call Center Management

LAS VEGAS--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Arrow Electronics Inc. (NYSE: ARW) today unveiled two new platforms – one that aids in managing unified communications data-center solutions and one that leverages UC technology to provide improved customer service call support. The solutions are available through Arrow’s Shared Solutions and Services, or S3, business.

Arrow’s PRISM ONEVIEW is a remote monitoring and management solution within a data center that provides a consolidated view of network infrastructure. The tool features a modular design that supports Avaya, Cisco and Microsoft technology, uniting real-time reports for any combination of these technologies, along with mobile, desktop and other data-center infrastructure.

The Arrow SynapS3 ONEAGENT Workplace delivers computer telephony integration and productivity tools to support efficient call transfers within customer service contact centers. This desktop application integrates Microsoft Lync technology for Avaya Call Center environments to provide advanced contact center functionality by enabling call center agents to view the availability of other staff before transferring calls.
