Block of Hours (BOH)
Blocks of Hours are packaged bundles of Arrow Systems Integration (Arrow SI) on-demand remote certified technical support services on a wide variety of Unified Communications, Data Center, and desktop support platforms and applications. We offer BOH in increments of 10, 25, 50, and 100. Custom sized blocks are also available.
Incident Packs are pre-packaged bundles of Arrow SI on-demand remote certified technical support services on a wide variety of Unified Communications, Data Center, and desktop support platforms and applications. You can take advantage of services available under the OneCall program to meet your ongoing technical support needs as well as to supplement valid manufacturer’s maintenance and support contracts that are purchased separately for managed components. Incident Packs are offered in increments of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25.
