On-site service can be added as a support option

OneCall Essential Plus includes everything provided with OneCall Essential support, plus the added availability and benefit of on-site technician support for MAC and corrective maintenance. On-site services include:

  • Aftermarket installations and rearrangements for non-configured voice communication and messaging platforms
  • Move, add, change, and delete (MACD) activity for voice communications and messaging platforms
  • Maintenance break/fix service for equipment and/or CPE supported by Arrow Systems Integration
