Audience Profiles

Profiles help us define the specific features and applications that are needed to best enable the communication and collaboration needs of unique groups of users.

Adoption Accelerators

Used over the course of training, Adoption Accelerators are learning reinforcement tools designed to reinforce and educate individuals on unique communication and collaboration functions. With multiple options available, including videos, cheat sheets, reference guides, and tips and tricks, over time, Adoption Accelerators educate and reinforce the functionality and applications of your UC system.

Adoption Programs

Adoption Programs are produced to supply each Audience Profile with the Adoption Accelerators necessary to enable familiarity and use of appropriate communication functions. Each program takes place over a 10 week time period and can be run multiple times depending on each customer’s needs.

The Audience Profile defines your team’s unique needs, the Adoption Accelerators include multi-media training modules to help with teaching and reinforcement, and the Adoption Program customizes the distribution and promotion of the Adoption Accelerators based on your Audience Profiles.

Arrow SI’s Adoption Services met the client’s needs for a nonobtrusive, highly customized learning solution that would simplify introduction and use of the new communication system across multiple offices. Adoption Services enabled unique employee learning programs based on the user needs of each office. The use of internal learning-support campaigns over time (approximately 10 weeks for each audience) and customized adoption tools consisting of a combination of video tutorials, user guides, reference checklists, and “cheat sheets”  kept UC capabilities top of mind for all users.

The Results Are In

Customized learning experiences designed to maximize user exposure to the key UC services were tailored to the different user communities (e.g., administrator, lawyer) resident in each office—truly highlighting effective ways to utilize their system’s capabilities.
