Used over the course of training, Adoption Accelerators are learning reinforcement tools designed to reinforce and educate individuals on unique communication and collaboration functions. With multiple options available, including videos, cheat sheets, reference guides, and tips and tricks, over time, Adoption Accelerators educate and reinforce the functionality and applications of your UC system.
Adoption Programs are produced to supply each Audience Profile with the Adoption Accelerators necessary to enable familiarity and use of appropriate communication functions. Each program takes place over a 10 week time period and can be run multiple times depending on each customer’s needs.
