Avaya Warranty on products and installation services.

TASKE warranty is ninety (90) days from the date of installation.

For any warranted Equipment not covered by Arrow Systems Integration, Inc. Maintenance Services, Prism Support Services, or third party support contract, the Hardware and/or Software warranty provided by the applicable manufacturer will be passed through to Customer.

Return Policy

All hardware returns must be within five (5) days of purchase and must be in unopened and unused condition. A restocking fee will apply. Software is non-returnable.
